Job summary

Bank of America, Merrill Advisor Development Program — Financial Advisor, seeks individuals to build a book of high-net-worth clients and articulate tailored investment guidance. You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to gain experience and promote portfolio growth.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, sourcing clients through referrals, and delivering compliant and personalized financial recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in financial services or sales with goal attainment.
• Licenses: Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and present Merrill/Bank of America capabilities.
• Build a book of business to meet performance goals.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures and open accounts as appropriate.
• Provide investment product recommendations based on client objectives and risk.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce.
