Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program is seeking a Financial Advisor to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, develop a book of business, and provide tailored investment recommendations. The role includes mentoring from Merrill teams, ongoing training, and collaboration with banking and investment partners to grow a productive practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum one year in financial services or a sales environment with proven results.
• Licensing: Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations based on client objectives, resources, and risk tolerance.
• Document all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
