Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Merrill Advisor Development Program – Financial Advisor to work with high-net-worth individuals, identifying their financial needs and developing customized investment strategies. This role emphasizes building relationships and delivering comprehensive recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities include developing a book of business, sourcing clients, and collaborating with Financial Advisor Teams. Candidates should hold relevant licenses, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be motivated by performance-based compensation.

Comprehensive training and ongoing education programs will be provided.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum one year experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with proven goal attainment.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong assessment skills to recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Prioritize sourcing prospective clients and capitalize on referrals.
• Recommend investment products and services suitable for prospects.
• Balance investment growth, referral activities, and administrative compliance.
• Document all client interactions and opportunities within Salesforce accurately.
