Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program is seeking individuals to launch a career as Financial Advisor, developing a book of high-net-worth clients under mentoring teams and integrated bank/investment guidance.

You'll source clients, analyze goals, and deliver tailored investment strategies while collaborating with banking and investment partners to help clients realize their financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Current holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded.
• Minimum of one year experience in investments industry with training and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations based on objectives and risk profile.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce.
