Job summary

Bank of America is seeking candidates for the Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will develop a book of business, source clients, assess needs, and provide tailored investment recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to build experience and promote portfolio growth, while balancing growth, referrals, and compliance in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Investments industry experience and knowledge of investment products/services.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and present the full capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
• Collect client profile data and perform KYC to open accounts as appropriate.
• Act as interim Financial Advisor by recommending suitable investment products and servicing client accounts.
• Document all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
