Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is recruiting for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations alongside Merrill advisor teams.

The program offers training through Bank of America's Academy, mentorship, and opportunities to grow a client base while aligning with clients' life priorities.

Qualifications

• Current hold of Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Experience in investments and knowledge of investment products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Gather client profile data and complete KYC to open accounts.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor with client-specific recommendations.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce.
