Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, build relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow your book, source clients, and balance growth with compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals
• Minimum of one year experience in investments and products/services knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities
• Collects client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable products/services
• Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
