Distro in Washington's Tri-Cities area is seeking a people-oriented insurance professional to help clients find the right solutions and deliver outstanding service.

You will build relationships, assist with policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews, provide quotes and recommendations, and identify cross-selling opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance industry or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a motivated team.
