Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet goals and performance expectations.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews.
• Generate and present insurance quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct sales presentations and help clients select appropriate coverage.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand existing accounts.
• Follow up consistently with clients and prospects.
• Develop networking relationships within the community.
• Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Stay organized and ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture.
