Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Job Coach dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed at work. You will provide one-on-one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.

The role focuses on coaching participants, offering feedback, and acting as a liaison between participants and employers, while tracking progress to meet program goals and promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
