Job summary

Goodwill SoCal is seeking a compassionate WCD Programs Specialist to help participants overcome barriers and achieve employment success through personalized coaching and support. You will provide case management, needs assessments, employment counseling, and develop individualized employment plans, while maintaining accurate documentation to meet program standards.

What You Bring:

High school diploma/GED required; some college coursework preferred.

1–2 years of case management, career counseling, or workforce program experience.
