Provide feedback, encouragement, and real-time skill development.
Serve as a liaison between the participant and employer.
Track and document progress to ensure compliance with program goals.
Promote independence and self-sufficiency for each participant.
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
