Job summary

European Wax Center Growth is seeking licensed estheticians to join our Wax Specialist development program and advance to Peer Trainer. You will perform waxing services while mentoring new hires and reinforcing service standards.

In Largo and Clearwater locations, successful candidates will coach peers, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help build guest loyalty through exceptional experiences. Full-time roles include comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong performance history and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming, professional guest experience.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite.
• Meet or exceed service and retail metrics.
• Model EWC standards and coach peers on the floor.
• Lead onboarding and development of new Wax Specialists.
