Qualificações

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.

Responsabilidades

• Perform waxing services per EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Deliver a welcoming guest experience and educate guests on routines and products.
• Coach new Wax Specialists with real-time feedback and hands-on training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized wax suite and meet service/retail metrics.
• Lead virtual peer-based educational workshops and support development.
