EWC Growth LLC in Stamford, CT is seeking Licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists to join our Wax Specialist development program and advance to Peer Trainer. You will perform waxing services, educate guests on routines, and coach new hires on service standards.

This on-floor role models excellence and offers a clear path to leadership within a growing franchise. Top performers earn up to $90,000 annually through hourly pay, tips, and incentives, with full-time schedules and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by applicable state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Full-time, open availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized wax suite.
• Meet or exceed metrics related to services per ticket and product sales.
• Model EWC service standards and coach new Wax Specialists on the floor.
• Lead onboarding and development of new Wax Specialists with hands-on feedback.
