The role blends hands-on waxing with peer training and leadership activities. Top performers can earn up to $90,000 annually, including hourly pay, gratuity, and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services following EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming and professional guest experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, organized wax suite ready for guests.
• Meet or exceed service and retail targets per ticket.
