Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. seeks a Wax Machine Operator for the Dover, NJ site on the 2nd shift (Afternoon 2:00PM–10:00PM). Training on the Day shift may occur for several months.

Starting hourly rate is $24.04 with $26.69 after 12 months; an hourly shift premium applies off-shift. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, short-term disability, and PTO.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Export-controlled data; access to such items.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Dover, NJ considered.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly injects wax or plastic patterns using fixed cycle machines.
• Prepare pattern for inspection by cleaning core print area and identifying pattern.
• Perform visual inspection for quality of injected pattern.
• Deflash solid patterns at press.
• Interact with engineering, quality and other wax department members.
• Wear PPE and comply with EHS regulations.
