Howmet Dover Casting in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking an entry-level Wax Team Workcell associate. The role supports wax mold creation and performs multiple manufacturing steps to meet production schedules.

Afternoon shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with day-shift training 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Starting hourly rate is $24.24, rising to $26.96 after 12 months, plus a shift premium when on off-shift.

Qualifications

• This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of Dover, NJ will be considered.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Responsabilités

• Assist in set up and creation of wax molds.
• Perform various manufacturing tasks to support schedules such as Wax Injection, Wax Inspection, Wax Setup (assembly), Core Prep, and use of Aussie Bds.
• Share in cell support duties and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Must pass wax cell training program and vision testing requirements.
