Howmet Aerospace is recruiting for a Wax Team Workcell role in Dover, NJ. The Midnight shift runs Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with training on the Day Shift Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Starting hourly rate is $24.24; after 12 months, $26.96; shift premium applies off-shift.

Qualifications
- Export-controlled access; applicants must be able to obtain access to export-controlled items.
- U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.
- No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Dover, NJ will be considered.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Responsabilités
- Set up and create wax molds and support wax processes.
- Perform wax injection, inspection, setup, core prep, and related duties.
- Operate and maintain wax cell equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
- Assist in training and follow EHS policies; report safety concerns.
- Adapt to various manufacturing tasks to support production schedules.
