Job summary

European Wax Center in Towson, MD seeks an Assistant Manager to share leadership of guest services and center operations. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and drive Wax Pass sales while ensuring a welcoming, organized environment for guests.

Responsibilities include team leadership, scheduling, staffing, and daily operations, with a focus on excellent customer service and accurate reservation management. You will role model brand values and support Center Manager initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of related and applicable supervisory or leadership experience in a sales driven role
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience
• Full proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Field and People Leadership and coaching for center team
• Maintain Wax Pass sales standards (min 15% non-promo, 25% promo)
• Assist in scheduling and proper room assignments two months out
• Ensure lobby, hallway, and restrooms meet brand standards and remain fully stocked
• Lead by example with customer service to Wax Pass Holders and guests, manage check-ins and reservations
• Provide training and role modeling of Artemis Wax brand standards
• Monitor performance, give recognition, and implement action plans
• Manage center operations in the Center Manager's absence
• Oversee traffic, conversion, staffing, payroll, ordering and compliance
• Review reservations for accuracy and resolve scheduling errors promptly
• Assist with EFT processing protocols as directed by management
