Responsibilities

• Maintain Wax Pass Sales performance, targeting at least 15% in non-promo and 25% in promo months.
• Diffuse customer service scenarios professionally before escalation.
• Assist manager with scheduling and room assignments two months out.
• Keep lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean, stocked and brand-aligned.
• Provide excellent customer service to Wax Pass Holders and guests.
• Lead day-to-day operations in manager's absence.
• Train and model brand standards and protocols for Artemis Wax.
• Set direction with Center Team and monitor performance.
• Oversee center operations including lobby, wax suites, restrooms and public spaces.
• Manage reservations accuracy and timely updates; correct errors as needed.
• Assist EFT processing per management protocol.
