Job summary

Radial is seeking a Wave Planner to optimize workload distribution in our Virginia DC. The ideal candidate will manage wave priorities, coordinate with outbound teams, and utilize WMS wave planning tools to drive efficiency across the fulfillment process.

This role requires 2–4 years in warehousing or distribution, strong communication skills, and the ability to read labels and operate RF scanners. You will contribute to safe, productive operations and report to the supervisor with adherence to

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience with wave planning/expediting preferred.
• Ability to read labels and use RF scanners.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workflow and manage expeditors.
• Coordinate with outbound supervisors.
• Use WMS wave planning software to maximize efficiency.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate issues to associates and provide directions.
• Evaluate processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain safe working practices.
• Understand DC operations and layout.
