Responsibilities

• Create and complete a job safety analysis every morning to address safety concerns and ensure safe work.
• Oversee crew’s activities efficiently on site.
• Supervise, manage, and direct training, development, appraisal and work assignments for crew members.
• Have a strong understanding of project plans and blueprints for specific duties.
• Manage tools, materials, supplies and equipment utilization.
• Provide immediate response to site production issues and record hours on timesheets.
