Job summary

Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, is seeking a Plant Foreman for heavy civil highway projects in Texas. The role leads a construction crew, ensures work adheres to plans and schedules, and drives safety initiatives on site.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in highway/road construction and can read blueprints and manage equipment and materials on demanding outdoor projects. This is a full-time, on-site position with exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in highway and road construction.
• Knowledge of one or two phases of construction (Pipe, Dirt, Structures, Pavement, etc.).
• Education: Less than High School Diploma.
• Outdoor outdoor work with heavy physical activity and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide management for the construction crew, materials and equipment to ensure work follows specifications and schedule.
• Oversee heavy highway construction activities including earthwork and pavement.
• Supervise and direct training, development, appraisal and assignments of crew members.
• Interpret project plans, blueprints and specifications; manage tools, materials and equipment.
