Ferrovial, through its Webber subsidiary, seeks a Foreman-level supervisor to lead pipe-laying crews on heavy civil projects in Texas. You will lay and repair storm drainage and water mains, ensuring accurate alignment, joints, and slopes.

Emphasizes safety, teamwork, and regulatory compliance on site. The role requires English communication, physical stamina for outdoor conditions, and prior construction experience.

Qualifications

• English communication required (verbal and written).
• Move around a construction site with ladders, inclines, heavy equipment, and up to 50 lbs.
• Safety policies and practices must be followed.
• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay pipe for storm drainage, sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
• Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer structures and pipe systems.
• Connect pipe pieces and seal joints using welding equipment, cement, or glue.
• Check slopes for conformance using levels or lasers.
• Read blueprints and measure/cut pipes as required.
• Ensure safety, report unsafe activities, and participate in team goals.
• Provide leadership by example and share knowledge/skill.
