Job summary

Webber Waterworks, a Ferrovial Construction subsidiary, seeks a field supervisor to manage dirt crews on highway projects in Texas. The role requires coordinating field operations, ensuring safety, and interpreting plans to guide construction activities.

Ideal candidates will have five years of dirt crew supervision experience, strong English communication, a solid safety mindset, and a valid driver’s license for local travel. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing dirt crews on highway projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans.
• Strong safety focus and compliance.
• Good English verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage field crew in day to day production of projects
• Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
• Order tools and equipment
• Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example
