Webber, a Ferrovial company, is hiring a Foreman-level pipe crew supervisor to lay and install storm drainage, sanitary sewers, and water mains. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and hands-on pipe installation in outdoor environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction experience, strong English communication, and the ability to read blueprints and operate leveling tools. This is a full-time on-site position with physical requirements and safety compliance.

Formación

• English communication required (oral and written).
• Three+ years of related construction experience preferred.
• Outdoor construction work in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate lasers, grade rods, and transit levels.
• Install/repair sanitary and stormwater pipes and structures.
• Join pipe pieces with welding, cement, or glue.
• Check slopes with levels/lasers for conformance.
• Cut pipes to required lengths.
• Align/position pipes for welding or sealing.
• Read blueprints, measure/cut pipes, join with welding.
• Install valves/pumps and inspect components.
• Follow safety policies and participate in team goals.
• Provide leadership through example and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
