Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Quotations Specialist for our Rio Grande Waterworks Team in El Paso.

You will develop quotations for waterworks projects, collaborate with branches and vendors, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing deadlines and pricing data. The role requires construction-related estimating experience, familiarity with waterworks products, and proficiency with Planswift and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Construction-related quotations or estimating experience.
• Experience with waterworks products preferred.
• Planswift or similar estimating software experience a plus.
• Familiarity with customer quotation software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications required.
• Experience reading blueprints/building plans/drawings preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, multitasking ability.
• Self-starter with problem-solving approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to convey technical info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for quotes and enter data for new quotes.
• Work with partners to determine project scope and specifications.
• Monitor pricing trends and market costs.
• Follow up on quotes and contact vendors for pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain timely pricing data.
• Resolve pricing-related issues as they arise.
• Analyze specifications and drawings for cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain bid calendars and Salesforce updates.
• Support project managers per established plans.
• Build relationships with major accounts/customers.
