Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Quotations Specialist to join our Rio Grande Waterworks team in Austin, TX.

You will gather data for quotes, perform calculations, and coordinate pricing with vendors while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work with branches, vendors, and clients to determine project scope and specifications, ensuring timely quotes and accurate cost estimates for waterworks projects.

Qualifications

• Construction-related quotations or estimating experience required.
• Experience with waterworks products preferred.
• Planswift or similar estimating software experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience reading blueprints or drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for quotes and enter data into quotes.
• Work with partners to determine project scope and pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing data.
• Prepare and send completed quotes to sales representatives or customers one day before due date.
• Assist project managers with project execution per methodology.
