Job summary

Ferguson, based in Spokane Valley, is seeking an Estimator / Quotations Specialist to assist with the development of quotations for Waterworks projects. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, analyze specifications, and support project managers with execution in line with established plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related quotations and experience with waterworks products is preferred. This position offers a competitive pay range and various employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Construction-related quotations or estimating experience is required.
• Experience with waterworks products is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with computer and software programs, including all Microsoft Applications, is required.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Gather required data for quote preparation and contact vendors for job quotes.
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope and specifications.
• Keep current on new products, trends, market costs, and pricing.
• Confer with owners, contractors, and subcontractors on cost estimates.
