Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Construction Manager to lead water/wastewater projects in the Austin/San Antonio region. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and safety compliance while coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam, with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure with quality and on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam highly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial planning with clients, architects, engineers, and teams; outline jobs and materials.
• Schedule and coordinate projects within budget and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and report costs to clients.
• Ensure safety standards are met and adjust plans when needed.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors to meet quality standards and specs.
• Manage delays, emergencies, and changes with stakeholders.
