Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Project Manager to lead water/wastewater construction projects with budgets up to $50 million. You will oversee safety, scheduling, and financial outcomes from bid through closeout, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–10 years of field experience, Primavera scheduling, and strong MS Office skills. Travel is frequent, and a competitive package with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in water/wastewater construction in the field.
• Strong scheduling and cost-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs.
• Process, distribute and track all project documentation using templates and software.
• Negotiate subcontracts and material buyouts, manage costs and forecast profits.
• Plan and schedule projects and coordinate subcontractors.
• Lead project teams and provide training to junior staff.
