Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead water/wastewater construction activities and drive project success across multi-million-dollar programs.

You will oversee safety, cost control, scheduling, and client satisfaction while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong background in construction management and proficient use of Primavera P6 and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree or commensurate experience is highly preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater construction.
• Significant field leadership and construction knowledge with cost-control proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on project needs and schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and progress using industry software and templates.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage buyouts for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multi-million-dollar projects.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
