Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing water/wastewater construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, cost control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs.
• Plan and schedule projects; manage subcontractors and material buyouts.
• Control project costs and forecast profitability through close monitoring of labor, materials and equipment.
• Perform project closeout and ensure compliance with safety standards.
