Job summary

Red Hospitality & Leisure in USVI seeks a hands-on beach operations supervisor to organize daily operations, oversee beach setup and teardown, and train staff and guests on watersports equipment. You will lead safety briefings, monitor standards, manage daily tasks, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining the department P&L and participating in events and promotions.

The role requires outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and availability on holidays; up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or equivalent work experience.
• Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily beach operations.
• Manage daily setup and breakdown of the beach equipment.
• Provide continuous training to staff and guests on use of watersports equipment.
• Supervise, create, monitor, and enforce all standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff is delivering quality guest experience.
• Assigning and delegating daily tasks to watersports team.
• Providing safety briefs to guests going in the water.
• Identify and report maintenance needs of watersports equipment.
• Light maintenance of equipment and recommendations for replacement.
