HDR is seeking an Integrated Watershed Management Business Class Director to lead technical capabilities and coordinate with HDR’s market sectors and operations across the nation.

You will mentor technical leaders, drive project development, client engagement, and strategic hires while aligning with HDR values and employee-owned culture. Travel around 35% is expected as HDR serves multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architect/Engineer) for technical design leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other HDR leaders and managers.
