Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Business Class Director to lead the Integrated Watershed Management practice across HDR's markets. You will guide technical capabilities, mentor leaders, and drive strategic growth in water resources with a focus on risk management and quality.

Based in the United States with travel to HDR offices nationwide, you will collaborate with market sector directors, operations, and marketing to advance HDR's services and client engagement while upholding HDR’s employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Professional registration in architecture/engineering as required for leadership roles.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional directors.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related HDR divisions, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management and maintain quality standards.
• Drive QA/QC processes with the Quality Manager.
• Oversee recruitment and strategic hires within the business group.
