The role requires five years of management experience in public administration or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of driver risk management.

Qualifications

• Five or more years working as a business/administration manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, computer-related field, or equivalent managerial experience.
• Minimum five years of business management in a safety, security, and emergency management environment.
• Knowledge of Driver Risk Management and related practices.
• Licenses and certifications in public management or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees administrative operations and staff training with clear roles.
• Manages budgets, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Leads contract lifecycle management from creation to renewal.
• Oversees IT and data systems, and coordinates cross‑functional projects.
• Supports policy implementation and director reporting.
• Leads Driver Risk Management program including data and coaching.
