City of Atlanta seeks a Watershed Manager II for the Safety, Security & Emergency Management Office to lead administrative, financial, and HR functions within the OSSEM Administration Unit. You will supervise a team, manage contracts and budgets, and coordinate IT projects and procurement initiatives.

The role reports to the OSSEM Director and focuses on data governance, driving risk management, and promoting a strong internal/external brand for OSSEM.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years working as a Business or Administration Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, computer-related field, or a minimum of five (5) years in a managerial position.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Business management experience with a safety, security, and emergency management environment or related field.

Aufgaben

• Administratively and operationally manage multiple functions including staffing, onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, training development, and facilities oversight.
• Develop and manage the fiscal year budget, procurement processes, and financial reporting for OSSEM.
• Oversee contract governance, obligation management, and foster relationships with contract participants and CLM processes.
• Lead Driving Risk Management by overseeing data, systems, and coaching effectiveness, including performance improvement initiatives.
• Foster collaboration, ensure team alignment with OSSEM mission, and uphold professional internal/external brand identity.
