Job summary

Responsibilities include contract and budget management, IT project oversight, procurement, hiring, recruitment, and driving a positive brand identity for OSSEM, while promoting the city's safety and emergency management mission.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years as a Business or Administration Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, or a computer-related field, or five (5) years in a managerial position.
• Knowledge of Driver Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and operational activities, establish clear roles, ensure accountability, and mentor staff.
• Oversee IT and data systems, plan for future needs with leadership.
• Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Support OSSEM Director and leadership in policy execution and reporting.
