Job summary

Responsibilities include leading operators, reviewing performance, and maintaining accurate logs and reports for regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years in wastewater management with some O&M leadership experience.
• Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator License or eligible transfer (6 months).
• Georgia driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Generates work orders and oversees maintenance activities.
• Supervises staff and evaluates performance; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Manages plant operations, data reporting, and interagency communications.
• Coordinates plant upgrades and contractor activities within budget and permits.
• Maintains records, preparations of reports, and workforce development objectives.
