Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree as listed in Minimum Qualifications.
• - Three (3) years of work experience in Wastewater Management with leading Operations & Maintenance divisions.
• - Valid State of Georgia Class I Wastewater Treatment Operator License or eligibility to transfer within 6 months.
• - Valid Georgia driver’s license; license must remain valid during tenure.

Responsibilities

• Generates work orders in maintenance management system and orders chemicals and supplies.
• Coordinates with contractors on plant upgrades and equipment repairs/installations; ensures permit compliance.
• Supervises and evaluates staff; sets goals; handles employee concerns; conducts performance appraisals.
