Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in watershed/maintenance or related work.
• CDL Class A or B required; air brakes knowledge preferred.
• Ohio Boaters Education Certificate by probation period.
• Possess Commercial Pesticide Applicator License if assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews, signs performance appraisals, and handles leave requests.
• Inspects watershed properties and determines repair or construction needs.
• Plans daily work flow and assigns tasks to subordinates.
• Monitors work for conformance to standards and specs.
• Estimates labor and material costs; assists bid prep for materials.
• Inspects contractor work and reports findings.
• Investigates property damage, coordinates repairs with owners/contractors.
