Job summary

Gfoat is seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader II to supervise public works maintenance crews on daily projects. You will establish scope, assign tasks, monitor performance, ensure cross-training, and maintain daily documentation with limited supervision.

The role covers water distribution activities, equipment operation, and teamwork in outdoor environments. A CDL and water licenses are required or targeted for development where applicable.

Qualifications

• Three years of related maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Education and certifications listed below.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise public works maintenance crews, assign and monitor work, provide direction, organize daily activities.
• Coordinate execution of projects, schedule equipment and manpower, monitor paperwork and priorities.
• Perform specialized maintenance work and operate a variety of equipment and tools.
• Install, maintain, and repair items; transport equipment and materials to sites.
• Complete logs and simple reports on materials, equipment and operations.
• Observe safety practices and secure work sites; set up traffic control and barricades.
