Qualifications

• Requires the ability to perform general maintenance and labor tasks.
• Must maintain CDL within 3 months of hire.
• Familiarity with maintenance of trucks and mowers.

Responsibilities

• Operate light and heavy automotive equipment, tractors, mowers, and similar equipment.
• Mow grass with various mowers; pick up litter; apply herbicides and fertilizers.
• Paint field stripes, clean restrooms, trim trees, haul debris with dump trucks.
• Install and maintain playground equipment; set up bleachers at park sites.
• Perform semi-skilled carpentry, masonry, electrical, and plumbing repairs at park facilities.
