Our footprint extends from southeast Georgia down to central Florida.

Position Summary:

This position functions as a waterproofer, performing skilled work by repairing window glazing, joint caulking/sealants, elevator pits, structural and concrete repairs, masonry, pedestrian and traffic coatings, vapor barriers, and waterproofing both above and below grade items. The role may also include concrete restoration tasks. Operate hand and power tools, swing stages, lifts, and load/unload materials, tools, and equipment. May provide on-site guidance to others.

Essential Job Functions:

• Set and climb ladders and scaffolding; work from various lifts at heights.
• Read and comprehend instructions; write simple correspondence and complete forms such as work orders and timesheets.
• Maintain working knowledge of waterproofing products, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Inspect windows, sealants, joints, concrete to identify leaks; document with photos before and after work.
• Prepare surfaces for repair using hand/electric/power tools and solvents.
• Caulk and seal joints; apply cold membrane waterproofing; epoxy injections; power wash; apply exterior coatings; perform concrete restoration.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Remove debris and load/unload materials and tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and be safety conscious.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

• 3-5 years experience in applying caulking and coating on commercial waterproofing projects.
• Knowledge of waterproofing products and materials used in commercial projects.
• Experience in tuck pointing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background and drug tests; valid driver’s license preferred.
