The role involves installing waterproofing membranes, foundation insulation, and drain tile systems, plus assisting with site prep and equipment maintenance. Outdoor work, physical demands, and safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• Construction or labor experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing to access work areas, often in confined spaces or at elevated heights. Proper use of PPE is essential due to potential exposure to chemicals, dust, and construction noise.
