Job summary

Waterproofing Inc., located in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, is seeking a motivated Warehouse/Shop Associate to maintain and organize the shop and warehouse, manage inventory and tools, and support logistics across the business.

Starting pay is $20/hour with increases based on performance. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Training is provided with opportunities for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the shop and warehouse.
• Perform general shop maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and efficient.
• Support operational and logistics needs across the business.
• Assist with vehicle and equipment monitoring and basic maintenance.

• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and efficient

• Assist with vehicle and equipment monitoring and basic maintenance
