Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Waterpark Training Manager to lead all training and development initiatives, uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and team performance across the waterparks.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a lifeguard instructor or in a waterpark leadership role, preferably in training or supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn StarGuard Elite Portal, HotSOS, and Mobaro.
• Reading and writing English; bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification classes.
• Develop and deliver weekly and monthly training meetings and ongoing in-service.
• Manage training records, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee internal and external audits and certifications.
• Mentor waterpark associates and promote safety and service standards.
