Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the United States is seeking a Waterpark - Park Services Lead to maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout the Waterpark, pools, shower areas, and bathrooms, and to oversee equipment cleaning and daily tasks.

You will mentor associates, coordinate tasks, and uphold our Lead with Love promise by delivering friendly, responsive guest service in a high-energy environment. Position starts as early as September with a pay rate of $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work.
• Positive attitude and service-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience with cleaning equipment is helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
• Cleanliness of all general areas within the Waterpark.
• Coordinating and delegating daily tasks to the Park Services team.
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and development of associates.
• Must maintain associate confidentiality with all associate records.
• Communicate to the Manager on Duty when tasks are not completed.
• Knowledgeable about all chemicals and supplies used within the Waterpark.
• Being alert and regularly inspecting restrooms and general areas for any hazards or safety risks.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties in an active, high-energy environment.
